Where are orders shipped from?

All Glowiq orders are processed and shipped from our international logistics center directly to your address in the United States.

How long will it take to receive my order?

As you are purchasing during the pre-order phase, shipments will begin starting August 2025.

Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days within the United States.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer standard shipping for $4.99 USD, or free shipping in your $50 order.

 

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, you can request an address change before your order is shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at glowiqskincare@gmail.com.
